Support Professional - Customer-Focused Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team as a Customer-Focused Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing swift and effective troubleshooting and communicating clear action plans to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web conference, ensuring a personable and professional experience.
  • You will quickly triage and categorize incoming requests, perform impact assessments, and communicate next steps to customers based on their service agreements and urgency.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve common support issues independently, demonstrating initiative and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • You will clearly document all assessments, findings, and proposed solutions in an organized and concise manner.

The ideal candidate will have a curious mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to navigate internal teams and resources to resolve customer issues.
