Job Title: Dutch Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support professional to join our team in Athens, Greece.
Job Description:As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
You will work closely with our team to identify and address customer needs, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure that their expectations are met. In addition, you will be responsible for handling confidential customer information and maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, as well as good writing skills. You must also have previous customer service experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional requirements include strong verbal and written communication skills, reliability, autonomy, and self-motivation. You must also be able to multitask multiple systems, screens, and tasks during customer contacts and adapt to new software technologies quickly.
