We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch language support specialist to join our team in Greece. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and possess excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Job Description:
As a Dutch language support specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will assist with orders, accounts, products, or basic troubleshooting, ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
