Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home security and alarm systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively.
- Provide product information, service details, and assistance with installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of home security and alarm systems is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
