Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support in German for home security inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to alarm systems and security products
- Educate customers on product features and installation processes
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Work with technical teams to facilitate prompt resolution of issues
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or security sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of home security systems is a plus
- A customer-focused attitude and a willingness to assist
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
