Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about home improvement and enjoy providing exceptional customer support. As part of a dedicated team, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to DIY tools, products, and services, ensuring they receive the guidance and information they need for their projects. Key Responsibilities- Provide customer support in Dutch, addressing queries about home improvement products, DIY tools, and related services.
- Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with product specialists and other departments to resolve complex inquiries and product-related issues.
- Stay current with product knowledge, trends in home improvement, and customer service best practices.
- Engage with customers proactively to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty to the brand.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to further develop skills and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or the home improvement sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to assist customers with their DIY projects.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine interest in DIY and home improvement will be beneficial for engaging with customers effectively.
