Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and order inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to efficiently address and resolve customer concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, features, and promotions within the home improvement sector.
- Provide proactive assistance by engaging with customers and following up on outstanding inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the home improvement or retail sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically.
- Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- A passion for DIY projects and home improvement is highly advantageous.
