Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Appliances Department. In this critical role, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding home appliances, helping them with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, warranty information, and troubleshooting issues.
- Handle customer complaints and problem-solve effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and improve customer experiences.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and home appliances trends to provide accurate and insightful assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the home appliances or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
