Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to home improvement products, DIY tools, and services. Your passion for helping others and your knowledge of home improvement will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and technical support for DIY tools.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations regarding home improvement products.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or inquiries promptly.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
