Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and product usage.
- Handle and resolve complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and home improvement trends to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and enhancing overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or home improvement sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A passion for home improvement and DIY projects would be an advantage.
