Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in German, addressing inquiries regarding smart home products and their functionalities.
- Assist customers with installation procedures, troubleshooting issues, and product features to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately, tracking issues and solutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in smart home technology to provide informed assistance.
- Engage with customers proactively, offering advice and solutions tailored to their smart home needs.
- Participate in ongoing training to continually improve your knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the technology sector, is highly preferable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with customers and colleagues.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- An interest in smart home technologies and a passion for helping customers embrace new innovations.
