Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients regarding smart home technology.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our support systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve product offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest smart home technologies and company products to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with smart home technology or consumer electronics is a plus.
