Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to smart home technology products and services.
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical support, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for improved service delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest smart home technologies and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage with customers proactively, following up on inquiries and providing personalized assistance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or smart home industry, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- A genuine interest in smart home technology and a willingness to learn about new products and features.
