Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian), addressing inquiries regarding smart home technologies and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to smart home devices.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, ensuring records are updated in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely solutions and support for complex customer inquiries.
- Stay informed about the latest smart home products, features, and technologies to provide relevant information to customers.
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers to enhance their experience and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your knowledge of smart home technology and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian), along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, especially in technology or consumer electronics, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for helping customers with technology.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A keen interest in smart home technology and a willingness to stay current with industry trends.
