Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home products, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and tracking of customer issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest smart home technology trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, promoting long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in technology or smart home sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Technical understanding of smart home products is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
