Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients regarding smart home technology products.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer issues and finding effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training to keep updated on the latest smart home technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Please make sure to state your nationality and native language when applying.
- Strong interest in smart home technology and customer service.
- Experience in customer service, especially in a technical or technology-related field, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
