This position offers a chance to be a part of an innovative team dedicated to helping customers enhance their homes with the latest smart technology solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home products, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring they utilize their smart technology effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed service records for future reference.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably related to technology or smart home devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step support to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in smart home technology and a passion for helping customers enhance their living spaces.
