Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the Smart Home Technology Department If you are passionate about technology and customer service, this role is perfect for you. You'll be assisting Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries about innovative smart home products, providing them with the support and information they need to enhance their home experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home technology.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance objectives and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on product features and trends in smart home technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A strong interest in technology, particularly smart home products.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction
