In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our extensive range of home improvement products and DIY tools. Your expertise in customer service will play a vital role in helping customers find the right solutions for their projects while fostering a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to DIY tools and home improvement products.
- Assist customers with product selections, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, ensuring detailed records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries.
- Stay informed about product specifications, promotions, and innovations within the home improvement industry to assist customers effectively.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the retail or home improvement sectors, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with customers.
- Able to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- A genuine interest in DIY and home improvement, with the ability to provide informed recommendations.
