Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in French, addressing inquiries related to home improvement products and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with product selection, usage advice, and troubleshooting issues related to tools and supplies.
- Document interactions with customers accurately, ensuring that all inquiries are logged and followed up appropriately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve any complex issues that arise during customer interactions.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and updates in the DIY tools market to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage in proactive outreach to customers, offering assistance and advice to improve their shopping experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills continually.
Requirements
- Fluency in French with a strong command of written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in retail, home improvement, or DIY sectors, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine interest in home improvement and DIY projects will be considered an advantage.
