In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to streaming services, including subscription issues, technical support, and content-related questions. Your enthusiasm for movies and TV shows, combined with your dedication to exceptional customer service, will greatly enhance the user experience.

NOTE: The position requires relocation to Greece and a valid EU passport or ID. A residency card is not enough, unless you already live in Greece. This is an entry-level role. Flight tickets are paid only within the EU.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch for streaming service inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
- Educate customers on subscription options and content availability
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for movies, television, and streaming services
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn about the latest trends in streaming entertainment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- A valid EU passport or ID. A residency permit is not enough, unless you already live in Greece.
