This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and customer service. As a key member of the support team, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries and technical issues related to their streaming services, ensuring an unparalleled viewing experience. If you have a strong command of Italian and a love for movies and TV shows, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscription services, account management, and content accessibility.
- Effectively troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Document interactions accurately and maintain customer records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on new releases and product features to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment industry, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to helping customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with streaming services or technology would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the department.
