The relocation package is only within the European Union, and the job requires relocation to Greece. Some positions are remote, but from Greece.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian for streaming service inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues related to account access, streaming quality, and content availability
- Educate customers on service features, subscription plans, and troubleshooting tips
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through feedback and suggestions
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and technology is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Passion for TV shows, movies, and the entertainment industry
- Positive attitude with a willingness to provide outstanding service
