We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Language Specialist to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative for our Dating and Social Networking Apps Department.
This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking users through various communication channels, ensuring they have a positive experience with our apps.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist users with inquiries about our dating and social networking apps, offering accurate information and solutions to enhance their user experience.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups and issue resolution.
