- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with the education team to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine interest in online education and technology.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
