In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their online shopping experiences.

Your passion for customer service and ability to resolve issues will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We are looking for a skilled customer service professional who is fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Support
    • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
    • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order statuses, returns, and general site navigation.
  • Documentation
    • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
