About the Role:

Our client is a German car rental company that provides easy car-sharing services in urban areas of Europe & North America. Our team works in a friendly environment 24/7, offering support to customers from the Netherlands & Belgium who need help or have inquiries about various topics.

  • Finding or reserving a ride
  • Starting or ending a car rental
  • Managing their account & balance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in using computers and have a good understanding of the Dutch language (Level C1+). Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with customers who may have varying levels of English proficiency.
