Italian Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Italian speaking customer support representative to join our team. As a key member of our ride-sharing app department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Italian speaking clients.

  • Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an outstanding user experience within the app.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing high-quality support to Italian speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Assisting users with questions about the ride-sharing app, including account management, bookings, and services.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving user complaints and technical issues efficiently.
  4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to communicate user feedback and enhance service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer support, preferably within the transportation or ride-sharing industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
