
Ride-Sharing App Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Italian speaking customer support representative to join our team. As a key member of our ride-sharing app department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Italian speaking clients.
- Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an outstanding user experience within the app.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality support to Italian speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assisting users with questions about the ride-sharing app, including account management, bookings, and services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving user complaints and technical issues efficiently.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with internal teams to communicate user feedback and enhance service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the transportation or ride-sharing industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
