We are seeking a highly skilled German language support specialist to join our ride-sharing app team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our German-speaking users.
Your primary goal will be to deliver top-notch assistance via phone, email, and chat in German, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert customer assistance via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Resolve user inquiries and issues related to the ride-sharing app efficiently and professionally.
- Guide users on how to use the app's features and functionalities.
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure a clear record for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address more complex issues and improve user experience.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Comfortable using technology and digital platforms, particularly ride-sharing apps.
