
Ride-Sharing App Support Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing top-notch support related to our ride-sharing services.
As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the app's features. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the ride-sharing or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
