Ride-Sharing App Customer Support Representative

Job Description:
- We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for a leading Ride-Sharing App. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking users through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding the ride-sharing app
- Assist customers with ride inquiries, booking issues, and app functionality
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
- Document interactions accurately and maintain records of customer feedback and issues
- Collaborate with the tech and operations teams to address customer concerns quickly and improve app functionality
- Educate users on app features and promotions to enhance their ride-sharing experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the tech or transportation sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented and adept at troubleshooting technical issues
- Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
