Ride-Sharing App Customer Support Representative

Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Spanish Speaker to provide customer support for our ride-sharing app. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with users, resolve issues promptly, and provide a seamless experience.
Responsibilities- Support customers via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inquiries related to app functionality, ride bookings, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages an asset.
- Customer service experience, preferably in tech or transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
