This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and technology, and who enjoy helping German-speaking clients navigate the ride-sharing experience.
Responsibilities- Customer Service Delivery
- Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking users of the ride-sharing app through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, ride bookings, billing issues, and app features.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and enhance service quality.
- Educate customers about app functionalities and best practices for a seamless ride experience.
- Continuous Improvement
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and enhanced service delivery.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or ride-sharing industry.
- Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and standard office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
