Ride-Sharing App Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ride-Sharing App Customer Support Representative. This role involves providing exceptional support to French-speaking users, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our app.
Job Description:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking users, resolving issues and answering queries related to the app's functionality, account management, and ride requests.
You will also work closely with our technical support team to identify and resolve technical issues, improving the overall user experience. Your ability to troubleshoot complex problems, think critically, and remain calm under pressure will be invaluable in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in mobile apps or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
