
Ride-Sharing App Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking users of the ride-sharing application via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, ride bookings, and app functionality.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve any recurring issues or improvements needed in the app.
- Educate clients on app features and promotional offers to enhance their user experience.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and app enhancements.
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the tech or ride-sharing industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving orientation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
