Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for Ride-Sharing App
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Czech-speaking customer support representative to join our team in the ride-sharing app department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and urban mobility, with exceptional communication skills and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking users regarding the ride-sharing app via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, rides, fares, and features of the app.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
- Stay updated on app features, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the app's continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in technology or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer assistance.
