At our organization, we are looking for a dedicated customer support professional to join our team in the Ride-Sharing App Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients utilizing ride-sharing apps through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with account setup, ride requests, payment issues, and troubleshooting application problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to facilitate issue resolution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest app features, safety guidelines, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collect user feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing improvements in app functionality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or ride-sharing related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work on varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
