As a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional support to users from the Nordic region. Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential in this role, and we encourage applicants with native language proficiency to apply.

Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer support to users via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to the ride-sharing app, maintaining a positive tone and attitude throughout interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, utilizing key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
