Customer Support Representative for Ride-Sharing App
This role involves delivering exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely assistance to customers with inquiries and issues related to our ride-sharing platform.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with team members to achieve service targets and improve customer experiences.
- Participating in ongoing training to grasp product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
