Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and technology, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on users' learning experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries related to online learning platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch, addressing inquiries related to online learning tools, courses, and platforms.
- Assist users with technical issues, account management, and navigation of the e-learning systems.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, providing valuable insights for service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product offerings, educational resources, and platform features to provide informed assistance.
- Engage proactively with customers, offering guidance and support to enhance their online learning experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen your expertise in EdTech and customer service.
- Fluency in Dutch with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the EdTech or online learning sector, is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
