Online Content Creator Support Specialist

We are seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist to provide exceptional service to online content creators.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, with previous experience in customer support, particularly with online platforms or content creation.
Responsibilities include providing top-tier customer support through phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with inquiries related to platform usage, account management, and technical issues, helping content creators navigate promotional tools and resources, effectively resolving issues and complaints, documenting customer interactions meticulously, collaborating with internal teams, and staying informed about industry trends and platform updates.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly with online platforms or content creation.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
