Content Creator Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to content creators who utilize our online platforms.
Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat to Czech-speaking content creators. This includes addressing inquiries related to account management, platform usage, and content publishing.
The successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Troubleshoot issues effectively and provide timely resolutions to enhance the user experience.
- Document customer interactions and gather insights to identify trends and common issues.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay user feedback and advocate for improvements.
- Educate clients about platform features, best practices, and updates to keep them informed.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the online platform or creative industries.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Familiarity with online content creation tools and social media platforms is an asset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
