Digital Content Creator Support Specialist

We are seeking a French speaking customer support representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital content creation and customer service, and who enjoy assisting clients in optimizing their online presence.
About the Role- This position involves providing high-quality customer support to French speaking clients regarding online content tools and services through phone, email, and chat.
- You will assist customers with inquiries about platform features, account management, and content optimization strategies.
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and provide timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address complex customer needs.
- Educate clients on best practices for using online tools to improve their content visibility and engagement.
- Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and service enhancements.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital or content creation industry.
- Strong understanding of online content strategies and a passion for helping creators succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office tools.
- Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
