Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about assisting content creators in navigating online platforms and ensuring their success.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking content creators regarding account management, platform features, and tools via phone, email, and chat. They will also assist customers with inquiries about content creation, monetization, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to content creation, monetization, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and resolution-oriented approaches.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for content creators.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly within online services or content creation industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
