Content Creator Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels. Your expertise in customer service will ensure that our clients receive timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
Your Responsibilities- Offer tailored support to clients using online content creation tools and services.
- Assist clients with queries related to digital media and content creation, providing relevant solutions and guidance.
- Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in online content creation and digital media.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural environment
