Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to Dutch-speaking online content creators. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and documenting customer interactions.
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist content creators with platform features, monetization options, and account management.
- Resolve complex technical issues and offer guidance on best practices for content creation and promotion.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a digital or online services context, is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with content creators are crucial. Tech-savviness, including a good understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools, is also required. Detail-oriented individuals with effective organizational and problem-solving skills will thrive in this role.
