Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms, courses, and EdTech resources.
  • Assist customers with account issues, course registration, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates in online learning tools and educational content to better assist customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers, providing guidance and encouragement to enhance their learning experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the education sector or EdTech, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers effectively.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining customer records.
