Polish Speaking Online Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking users.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers who require assistance with various online learning platforms and course registrations. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues while providing clear, step-by-step solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service through multiple communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding online courses, subscriptions, and account management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with basic computer applications.
