Dutch Language Fitness Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support for customers who speak Dutch, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to fitness equipment with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Offer expert advice on product features, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining meticulous records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and meet tight deadlines.
- Remain informed about the latest trends, products, and promotions to provide insightful recommendations to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers through various communication channels, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the fitness or sports equipment sectors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, focusing on delivering outstanding service quality to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records and inquiries.
- A genuine passion for fitness and sports, along with a willingness to learn about new equipment and trends.
