Fitness Customer Service Representative Opportunity
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Customer Service Representative.
This role allows you to combine your passion for fitness with delivering exceptional customer service, assisting Nordic-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and providing support regarding a wide range of fitness and sports equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), managing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
- Assist customers with product selection, technical queries, and order processing, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document concerns and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Stay informed about new product launches and fitness industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers, suggesting appropriate products based on their fitness goals and preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within the fitness or sports equipment industry, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with customers.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for fitness and sports, with a willingness to learn about new equipment and trends in the industry.
